Kadlec Consulting provides four phases of services that provide the comprehensive solution to getting your direct to fan business set up and generating income.
Strategy:
This phase starts with an assessment of where your band is coming from and where it is trying to go, taking into account the artistic and business sides of that question. Goals are identified and three key documents needed for your success are delivered:
- Strategic Plan
- Product and Pricing Analysis
- Return on Investment forecast
These documents work together to unite your team into the same vision and goals. Working from a strategy facilitates decision making and also makes sure the investment is going to be worth your time and effort. In order to produce these documents, you’ll also get set up on Google Analytics and we’ll identify what additional resources you may need to bring on board to make a successful launch.
Implementation:
Currently, Topspin is only available to clients who are working with a Topspin Certified consultant. However, even once the application is fully self serve- you should either get yourself trained, or work with a consultant. Why? Because recording is easy as throwing a mic in a room and hitting record right?
Success depends on good preparation. It’s rarely one big thing done right, but rather a series of small things all done well that build up to a successful launch. Kadlec Consulting has more experience than any other Topspin Certified consultant because he has worked at Topspin for 1.5 years and was instrumental in the launch of many of Topspin’s clients including their very first band, Jubilee. Deliverables for this phase include:
- Wireframing website designs
- Graphic and web design or integrating your existing site with Topspin’s tools
- Creating and deploying the Topspin widgets
- Setting up work flows to take advantage of Topspin’s dashboard data
- Sourcing and interacting with marketing teams
- Oversight of development of creative assets necessary for campaign
- Setting up or integrating with distribution partners
Execution:
Proper follow through and attention to detail will ensure that your preparation pays off. The launch of your campaign is a critical time to harness the data to improve your performance.
